2. Boarding
To ensure on-time departures, Seas N' Cays begins boarding 30 minutes prior to departure. The vessel leaves promptly at the scheduled departure time, with no exceptions.
3. Weather and Captain's Discretion
Seas N' Cays reserves the right to make cancellations based on unexpected weather conditions or other reasons deemed acceptable by the Captain. In such circumstances, a full refund is issued.
4. How to Cancel
All cancellations must be received by email, phone call, or WhatsApp message, and must include the details of your reservation and the reason for cancellation.
5. Third-Party Information
Seas N' Cays is not responsible for any information obtained via a third party.
