Between the Sea and Sky
We're a Bahamian family business running snorkeling and swimming pig tours from Nassau to Rose Island. Same crew, same boats, every day.

Locally Owned, Locally Crewed
Seas N' Cays Cruises is Bahamian owned and Bahamian operated. Our captains and deckhands grew up on these waters — the reefs off Rose Island, the sandbars that only show at low tide, the beaches that stay quiet when the rest of Nassau is busy.
You'll see the same faces on the boat every day. We don't rotate in agency staff for the season, and we don't hand you off to a bigger operator once you've paid.
We run our own vessels, so when you book with us you're stepping aboard our boat, with our crew, on a schedule we set. That's how we can promise the day will run the way we describe it.
Meet the Crew
The captains and deckhands you'll actually meet on the day — no stock photos, no stand-ins.
Names and roles coming soon — ask for them by name when you're aboard.

Rose Island
Rose Island sits a short cruise east of Nassau and can only be reached by boat. There's no road, no resort strip and no crowd — most visitors to Nassau never see it.
The water is shallow, calm and clear, which makes it ideal for swimming and snorkeling whatever your confidence level. We bring flotation devices and beach games ashore, so there's something to do whether you want to be in the water all afternoon or just sit on the sand.
It's the quiet stretch of beach we'd take our own families to — and most days, that's exactly who's on it.

Straight answers
If the timing or the weather doesn't work, we'll tell you.
"Captain and crew were the best part. They knew every spot, kept an eye on the kids in the water, and never once made it feel like a production line."
"You can tell this is a local family operation. Same crew greeted us at the dock and saw us off at the end — genuinely warm people."
"Our captain talked us through the reef, the island and the tides like he'd grown up there, because he had. Best day of our trip."
